By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
By using our Platform, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement with us have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms. If you are accessing or using our Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, their consent and supervision are required. Minors may only use our Platform with parental or guardian consent and oversight.
If you are using the Insura App on behalf of an entity, you further represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

With the aim of facilitating passive income generation and creating more savings, the Insura App is an all-in-one membership platform designed to reward members—users who have subscribed to any of Insura's Digital Networking Programs—with exciting and exclusive perks. Members can manage their profiles, view referral statistics, access support, and earn points by referring others to Insura's Digital Networking Programs. Accumulated points can be utilize for comprehensive insurance or Takaful protection at no additional cost and can be converted to cash payouts, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
Insura is a technology company and is not an insurance aggregator, broker, agent, or provider. Our primary function is to offer a platform where members can participate in the Insura Referral Program and earn rewards, which may include insurance or Takaful benefits.
While Insura offers insurance or Takaful protection as part of its rewards program, it does so solely as a benefit to its members. These benefits are provided in partnership with third-party insurance or Takaful providers. Insura does not underwrite, issue, or manage any insurance or Takaful policies directly. All insurance or Takaful products offered as rewards are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective third-party providers.
Insura does not provide insurance advice or recommendations. Any information provided on the Insura App or Website regarding insurance or Takaful products is for general informational purposes only. Members should consult directly with the third-party providers for detailed information about coverage, terms, and conditions.
Members are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of the insurance or Takaful products they receive as rewards. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that they meet any requirements and understand the coverage details, exclusions, and limitations of these products. Insura encourages members to review all relevant documents and consult with the third-party providers if they have any questions or concerns.
Insura shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to the insurance or Takaful products offered as rewards. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues related to policy terms, coverage disputes, claim denials, or other matters managed by the third-party providers. Members acknowledge and agree that their sole recourse for any insurance or Takaful-related issues is with the third-party providers.
