This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for our membership programmes available on the iOS and Android platforms. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing a membership through our app, you agree to abide by this refund policy.
The Insura app offers membership programmes that include valuable benefits, including a Petrol Voucher, a Touch ‘n Go E-Wallet Reload Pin, and Free Travel Insurance coverage within Malaysia. As soon as you enroll in our membership program, these fantastic perks will be send to your email. Keep an eye on your inbox - you'll receive an email with instructions to claim these free gifts within 14 business days. Unfortunately, these rewards may not be returned or exchanged for points, cash, another product.
Due to the inclusion of the non-transferable and non-modifiable benefits listed above, Insura (M) Sdn Bhd does not provide refunds for any membership purchases made through the Insura app. All membership purchases are final and non-refundable, as the value of the benefits offered is equal to or exceeds the membership fee.
Although we do not offer refunds, you may terminate your membership at any time. You will retain access to the membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle if you choose to terminate your membership. After the billing cycle ends, you will no longer receive membership benefits, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. Please be advised that membership cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the membership charge.
Any unresolved dispute, controversy, or claim arising from the Refund Policy between INSURA and the subscribers shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Malaysia. The arbitrator shall be agreed upon between the Parties, or in the absence of an agreement within fourteen (14) days after either Party has given the other a written request to agree to the appointment of an arbitrator, a person shall be nominated by the Director of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) at the request of either Party. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act 2005 and the arbitration rules of the AIAC. The arbitration award rendered shall be considered final and binding upon the Parties
